You may transfer all your rights to the Software under this Agreement to another person by transferring, on a permanent basis, to such other person the personal computer on which the Software is installed, provided that you retain no copy of the Software and that the transferee agrees to all the terms of this Agreement.

LIMITATIONS: Except as otherwise explicitly permitted in this Agreement, you may not: a.) modify the Software or create derivative works of the Software b.) decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software c.) copy (except to make one archival back-up copy), re-distribute, encumber, sell, rent, lease, sub-license, assign or otherwise transfer your rights to the Software or d.) remove or alter any trademark, logo, copyright, or other proprietary notices in the Software. You acknowledge that no title to any intellectual property in the Software is transferred to you. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Motorola.ĬOPYRIGHT: The Software is owned by Motorola and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

GRANT OF LICENSE: Motorola grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the executable-code version of the SRT Software Application, and any updates of thereof (“Software”) for your personal use on a single personal computer. NEITHER YOUR LICENSE TO THE SRT SOFTWARE APPLICATION OR ACCESS TO THE SOFTWARE REPOSITORY ARE TRANSFERABLE. FURTHER, ACCESS TO THIS SOFTWARE REPOSITORY IS GRANTED TO YOU ONLY. THIS SRT SOFTWARE APPLICATION IS LICENSED BY MOTOROLA TO YOU ONLY FOR USE ONLY UNDER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN. THE FOLLOWING AGREEMENT IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU, (THE END-USER, EITHER AN INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY), AND MOTOROLA, INC. FURTHER, IF YOU CLICK “CANCEL”, ANY ATTEMPT TO ACCESS THIS SOFTWARE REPOSITORY IS PROHIBITED.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENTĪS PART OF, AND AS A CONDITION PRECIDENT TO, YOUR ACCESS TO THE SRT SOFTWARE APPLICATION, AND IN ADDITION TO THE OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS RECITED HEREIN, YOU MUST INDICATE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO ALL THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITONS RECITED BELOW (ALL OF THE TERMS HEREIN FORMING YOUR USER AGREEMENT “AGREEMENT”), AND THAT YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY AND ARE BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT, BY CLICKING ON THE "I ACCEPT" BUTTON AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS WINDOW. IF AT ANY TIME YOU CAN NO LONGER ACCEPT THE BELOW TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE ANY ACCESS TO THIS SOFTWARE REPOSITORY AND USE OF THE SRT SOFTWARE APPLICATION.
